All our weapons are shipped to all States in the US. International shipping is done in compliance with international laws and regulations.

There might be extra shipping costs for certain orders and Orders over $750 Qualify for Free Shipping.

We use different shipping companies and will provide You with a tracking number as soon as we will receive it.

All Orders are Processed within 48 hours and Our Firearms are being shipped within the next 48 hours after Your order was placed during business days. Approximate shipping & delivery time is 5-7 business days. If the product is out of stock You will be informed upfront and offered to wait until it’s available. In this case You will receive Your order on the same terms stated above from the moment the product is in stock. The time of delivery may vary depending on the region You are in so we recommend to contact us for more info.

Some Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of order. We do not ship on the weekends.

You represent and warrant to Buygunsonlineus.com that all Products you order through the Buygunsonlineus.com Site may be shipped, delivered, sold and transferred to you and possessed by you in the jurisdiction you specify for delivery in accordance with all Laws.  You are responsible for complying with all applicable Laws, including all local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
5. 2. Buygunsonlineus.com will arrange for shipment of ordered Guns to a Dealer near you, or if you prefer, another FFL Dealer in your area as you direct. A transferring FFL Dealer that is not a Buygunsonlineus.com authorized Dealer must provide Buygunsonlineus.com evidence reasonably satisfactory to Buygunsonlineus.com that it is a validly licensed FFL Dealer.  Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. Buyer will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of the order.
6. 3. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
7. 4. Buygunsonlineus.com has a compliance protocol in place to help prevent the shipment of Guns and any other restricted Products to a jurisdiction in which such Guns or restricted Products are prohibited by Law.  However, should a firearm get shipped to a jurisdiction in which the forearm is prohibited by Law, the transaction will be canceled and will require the firearm to be returned to Buygunsonlineus.com in accordance with Section 6 below.
8. 5. Bulk orders may be charged an added fee based on the shipping policy in place at the time of order.
9. 6. Buygunsonlineus.com does not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses.
10. 7. Free Shipping promotions do not apply to Bulk Orders or to Expedited Shipping orders. The minimum purchase amount to qualify for each free shipping offer does not include firearms processing fee or tax.

    8. A confirmation email will be sent to you notifying you when your order has shipped along with a tracking number and estimated delivery time.

       Shipping methods vary depending on shipping destination.
